 Have you fully explored what your existing tools can do?
 ex: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
 Often easier to accomplish a given task with an existing tool
rather than have one more tool/app to worry about.
 Don't forget about your OS and your computer!
 Getting better at the basics will have an impact on everything else you do
 Try to regularly learn something about your existing tools.

 Can be archived? Preserved?
 What kind of support do you have if something goes wrong?
 Collaborative tools: are other users forced to sign up?
 Remember: what is ok for you might not be ok for work!
