SOLUTIONS ARCHITECT (2011 – 2011)
Lead the definition of the Enterprise and Solution Architecture as well as roadmaps to transform a $300 million
dollar line of business of 14 platforms into 1; Member of five-person Enterprise Architecture team responsible
for the strategy, architecture, and investment of $30 million program. Directed team of 10 professionals
typically engaged in multiple projects. Reported to Chief Architect. Promoted to an enterprise level Solutions

• Analyzed 2000 requirements and created 20+ complex business processes at 3 levels of detail.

largest in the 175-year history of the company. Directed team of 10; Reported to Chief Architect.
• Definition, roll-out, and management of a customized Enterprise-wide Architecture program, repository,
and framework - covering 100% of the enterprise and used in a $130M 3-year business transformation
initiative to reduce operating costs by $50M, improve time to market of new products by at least 50%,
and move from a multi-month to a real-time data supply chain.
2. • Developed an enterprise wide SOA strategy, technical reference model, principles, patterns, roadmaps,
interfaces (WSDL/XSD) and governance of services supporting over $1B in revenue.
• Lead key governance activities - worked with development teams to resolve architectural issues and
reviewed the designs and code for alignment with the strategy, architecture, principles, and standards.
• Directed and lead a team of 4 to gather and synthesize 7000+ requirements spanning every line of
