7. Staff remarks My vote is for Outlook. It is incredibly user-friendly and is consistently upgraded to keep with up and coming technology, as one of Microsoft's main program groups. Email and calendars are so incredibly important to my job!!! I know that getting the entire community on board with one calendar system will be quite the chore and may take some time, but I'm confident that ITS can make it happen...Please don't take no for an answer when it comes to the calendar! Extremely important to be able to look up email addresses from within the email program. Likewise a complete list of faculty, students, and staff should be available within calendar software. Everyone should be using the same calendar system.
