Kia oratatou...hello all.<br />We liked the metaphor of 'ecology' for education and wanted to tackle the concepts in the quote:<br />“We need to establish a performance-driven culture in every school that rewards excellence, elevates the status of teachers and is positioned to help as many students as possible beat the odds.“<br />We wanted to meld the environmental factors that surrounded teachers, students and leaders as they interfaced with learning.<br />
