The Need of Selfassertion Possessing a dwelling increases self-esteem and status of its owner, reflects his social position. The Need of Respect The dwelling assures the realization of social processes of human activity: communication, unision; is a material basis for family building which is the initial social unit. Social Needs The dwelling assures protection against unfavourable impact of the environment, both natural and social. Need of Safety The processes of placing, keeping, consumption of nutritives and essentials take place in the dwelling.
