As Sr. Program Manager for Unified Communications I drive the evolution and maintenance of the Global Business
Operations & Strategic Services unified communications strategy. This includes gathering, consolidating and
prioritizing business requirements from the supported programs and teams, as well as researching existing and
emerging technologies and working with partner teams to determine how they should be leveraged as part of the
overall customer support environment. This also includes mapping of business requirements to critical processes to
identify opportunities to change processes and/or technology to ensure operational alignment between proactive, self-
help and assisted support. Next to this I’m responsible to communicate the global UC strategy and deployment status
updates to senior leadership and management, as well as ongoing readouts of measured effectiveness as part of a

and corporations to evangelize the Unified Communications solution. This was a solution selling position comprising
technical, sales, marketing and business development activities. In this role I was also acting as kind of UC strategist
in terms of competitive know how and market analysis (especially for Cisco, IBM, Google, Apple, Carrier-solutions,
CTI/UM vendors and others). Additionally, I was responsible for acquiring new business partners for the UC market,
enabling adoption of UC capabilities at customers, supporting deployment projects and consulting in change and
business process optimization projects.
