As Sr. Program Manager for Unified Communications I drive the evolution and maintenance of the Global Business
Operations & Strategic Services unified communications strategy. This includes gathering, consolidating and
prioritizing business requirements from the supported programs and teams, as well as researching existing and
emerging technologies and working with partner teams to determine how they should be leveraged as part of the
overall customer support environment. This also includes mapping of business requirements to critical processes to
