4. SELF ASSESSMENT
To be a professional person is my dream from I was 18 years old, based on this I
concentrate myself on hard studying during my whole education. The learning of Chinese
law laid a good foundation and built my legal thinking method and rational analysis ability,
which helped me join business activities well. The deep study of business law, labor and
contract law and tax law provided necessary legal knowledge in operating process of
corporate. The MBA education improved my systematic management knowledge,
developed a way to summary my practical theories to academically, completed my skills of
strategy design, market analysis, competence analysis. More importantly, got more
information about global business, including international business risk management, global
human capital management and information management. All the academic learning gave
me the professional knowledge and necessary theory support for my behaving in business
and corporate operating.
Practice makes perfect, the working experience in one world’s top five hundred company
provided me a chance to rebuild my career direction, which based on my law background to
benefit human resource management, especially to keep its fair and adequate and reduce
conflicts with employees, do well in communication between manager level and employee
level. Cleared the organization structure and department function division, understood
corporate culture construction well. The entrepreneurial experience benefited me most,
which let me get comprehensive information of building and running business, including
searching, preparing, implementing, designing, operating and problem solving. Those
experiences made me become a responsible person, which not only make decision but also
undertake the result, insist dream and improve.
Last but not least, I have passion, motivation, always keep going and being better. I like
challenge, be good at learning and accepting new things. I am an outgoing girl, can
communicate with different people well, cooperate with team member well. I have sensitive
observation and understanding ability, adept in identify and solving problems. I am brave,
don’t fear failure and hardness.
