3. Zambia Reports convicted Finsbury Investment of tax evasion
and claimed to have found the name of the entity in the
Panama Papers.

4. The news came shortly after the merger of BancABC
and
Finance Bank Zambia was declared to be successful.

5. When the matter was investigated, it was seen that the
name of the entity was Finsbury Investment, but was not
related to the one which is present in Zambia.

struck off from the register

9. A clear indication that it was nothing more than a
defamation attempt by Zambia Reports.
