Note that NAC and Cisco TrustSec were also part of the overall security solution.<br />Responsible for driving equipment pull through of $386 Million dollars via support of the Flexible Authentication features. <br />    Product Manager Jan 2003-2006  <br />    Product Manager for Broadband Access Center and Cisco Network Registrar. <br />Sell and Market Cisco provisioning products.<br />Drove implementation of provisioning for various broadband access technologies <br />      including cable (MGCP,SIP), Satellite, ETTX, SIP and DSL (TR69). Spent three months at <br />      Comcast in Philadelphia authoring a high speed data requirements  <br />      document for the migration of their high speed data network from an <br />      Excite@Home implementation to a Comcast implementation.<br />Produced network management strategies to help business units with billion dollar revenues pull through equipment sales.<br />1995-1999:ISR Global Telecom, Maitland, Florida.<br />ISR Global Telecom is a start up company that produces management products for telecommunications equipment.  <br />    Director Sales Engineering<br />Managed team of sales engineers through the presales process.<br />Led team strategies on how to win new accounts.<br />Managed the production of demos and trials used to drive management software into new accounts.<br />Drove sales to $8 Million first year and $12 Million the next year for product and services.<br />   Product Manager<br />Managed Orbit™ toolkit which was a generic element management system that   <br />   was used to create management systems for a variety of technologies.<br />Presented product via presentation and demos to customers directly at the   <br />         customer site as well as trade shows.<br />Provided pricing models, forecasts, revenue projects for the product.<br />Created requirements documents and worked with development to produce  <br />   estimates and roadmaps for the product.<br />Developed program called “MASK” – Manager Application Solution Kit.  This  <br />   feature helped by our development teams and customers build EMSs rapidly. The EMS included management of the   <br />     TR08 and GR303 interfaces.<br />Wrote system architecture and requirements document for the EMS.  <br />Reversed engineered (with company’s permission) the management interface to Reltecs transmission equipment for the TR08 and GR303 “TL1-like” interfaces. The goal of Ellipso was to designing a unique global wireless network to extend seamlessly the Internet, cellular and public telephone systems virtually anywhere on the planet using satellite technology. <br />Transitioned the company from a services company to product company producing $2 Million during its first year.<br />      <br />1986-1994 Siemens Communication Systems, Boca Raton, FL<br />      Feature Team Leader 1992-1994.  <br />Managed team of 60 software engineers to deliver PRI to Bell South.
