Recruitment-drive(s) can be managed at our set-up without disturbing your routine activities at your
premises: DPC offers you its well equipped premises and infrastructure for conducting the DPC exclusive
recruitment drives. We would line up the desired number of qualified candidates for your personal
interviews. This would require your interviewing panel’s presence and that is it. Thus you can select the
best talent for your requirements without disturbing your organization’s work routine. Our Office is in the
heart of city and at a well known place where anyone can reach easily by a public transports or private
vehicle.
Our well Educated/Trained team is always there to co-ordinate with you for the hiring process
through out the RLC: Our team is not only well versed in recruitment but also well qualified and trained
in interview co-ordination. They will help you out during the interview process and in the joining of the
candidates.
You will get a dedicated Single Point Of Contact (SPOC) for you
to avoid any confusion: You can interact with any one of DPC team
they are always there for you! But for making the process easy and
convenient for both of us we will be assigning one dedicated SPOC.
S/he would be interacting with you on daily basis. This is to
eliminate any confusion.
Our SPOCs are well trained/experienced in screening/recruiting
for different skill sets: Our SPOCs are well trained and experienced
Head Hunters. They are quick learners and good in people
interaction. They follow the best of the corporate culture. They
understand your urgency and limited time. We invite you to let them
work with you closely to help you in your day to day requirements.
On demand we do background check of the candidates: We do the
background check/ reference check of the candidates whenever you
want us to do so. From our side we try to validate candidates’
experience and his genuineness.
