• 對於同樣⼀個問題，有很多解法，不要執迷於眼前的那個
• For ⼩主管：
• 你怎麼看到真相、聽到真話？
• For 基層員⼯：

規模化敏捷的前提

1. 把⼀個 team 的 scrum /敏捷先跑好
2. 必須先搞定以下四件事：
1. 指令怎麼從上⾯下去？多久可以到最下
⾯？
2. 測試
3. ⼈才、⼈⼒策略、考績制度
4. 內外稽核

這些事情是規模化敏捷的加分項

假如你是⼀個基層⼩主管 ...

⼩⼩的建議
Just my two cents…
• 做計畫，但不要全然的相信計畫，不管計畫看起來是多麼可靠，多麼有信⼼
• 公司裡有⼈，⼈的問題就是 complex domain 的問題，要⽤ Emerge 的⽅式去慢慢摸
索
• 去爭取兼任 scrum master，然後在帶 scrum team 的時候，轉換你的領導風格
• 採⽤的是什麼規模化框架，是很重要的，請⾒「⼀個 scrum master 的獨⽩」

假如你是⼀個基層⼩員⼯

⼩⼩的建議
• 做計畫，但不要全然的相信計畫，不管計畫看起來是多麼可靠，多麼有信⼼
• 公司裡有⼈，⼈的問題就是 complex domain 的問題，要⽤ Emerge 的⽅式去慢慢摸
索
• 除非走投無路，不然不要貿然由你開始導入 Agile, scrum

⼩⼩的建議
• 該演的還是要演，該⿔的還是要⿔，敏捷不是來⾰命的
• 讓⾃⼰變得敏捷：
• ⼩增量，多迭代
• 每次都做出屬於⾃⼰的、跨前後棒的⼩⼩成果
• 讓⾃⼰變得快、變得更能⾯對改變
• 然後慢慢的會被看⾒，會有志同道合的⼈⼀起，會有主管⽀援，要相信這件事。

⼩⼩的建議
• 該演的還是要演，該⿔的還是要⿔，敏捷不是來⾰命的
• 讓⾃⼰變得敏捷：
• ⼩增量，多迭代
• 每次都做出屬於⾃⼰的、跨前後棒的⼩⼩成果
• 讓⾃⼰變得快、變得更能⾯對改變

⼩⼩的建議
• 不要成為 agile purist
• 很多事情有前有後，有進有退的
• 取得 feedback，從中學習並做調整
• 說真的，我 41 歲，想聽到別⼈給我的真⼼的 feedback 了，已經比較難了
• 如果你有別⼈給你的真⼼的 feedback，要把握
• ⽤正確的⽅法解決問題
• 假如是 complicated 的問題，就不需要⽤解決 complex 問題的⽅法去解
• 比如說報稅，你會跑 scrum 來報稅嗎？翻譯⼀本書呢？

如同敏捷宣⾔⼀樣
