Small Project need fast turn around rate due to manage client acceptation. Discovery to Development need really required speed.  Discovery , Definition and work allocation process need monitor efficiently , Our team under utilization and task definition and task result monitor need improved. Discovery , Definition objective need done 1 or 2 hours  max . It should not be  grow day and day. Draft Statement of work /Task need speed up , clarification of requirement and delivery should be optimized and result toward client acceptation. Priorities vs Resource
Discovery Definition Design Project Management Process
Discovery Project Understanding details Project High Level Functionality Milestone Grouping Project overall estimation and rough orientation feasibility study of each components of project. Project deliverable path definition and resources calculation. Project Proposal Wireframe and Roadmap of each milestone. Project Stockholder List Project assumption clarification. Project Risk Point clarification and clear inform to client. Project Management Process
Definition Project sign off  Project – Milestone Chart Business Case Group & Version Release Planning Stockholder Responsibility & Team Orientation to Client. Project Manager – Resource & Task allocation of first –two weeks immediately – with fully clear details of scope. Team Leader – Define process complete project files and commented place holder for first –two weeks work allocated to team member. Test Leader – Define total end result validation and Test Case – 2 days of entire project and submit to client ,as part of milestone test case list. QA & Delivery Manager – Check List and Monitor Project Progress and Inform to manage schedule outage or resources issue or requirement change to client and new delivery deadline during course of project. Case Study E.g.  Volunteer 7 Project. Case: Original requirement  explain to Mansoor & Nikhil ( as they available) but  to due lack of each other availability of same time. It was not formulated result to deliverable since 10 days .  - Project hang up and not required also change request come up. Project was 2 -3 days max budget  ( it was not finish yet and keep growing customer dissatisfaction level) , if properly understand and definition clear discuss from all team member and myself. It will add less risk of failure. Hope this will lesson learn for us.  Lesson Learn: 	Dynamic Methods will be allocated  Team of Discovery Project and Prepare requirement of work (SOW). And It will be have clear objective. Case study of Execution Slow project E.g.  Drtura Project/ JAJA (LOST). Case: Original requirement  explain to Stated in Cacoo with fully planned goal to be done in 4 weeks. Too many reason , project continue drag by client/internal resource allocation and team objective not found right direction  2months.  but we not able manage 3 months and company lost extreme fund on this project.  Even though , it was be finish now. Project was 4 week max budget  ( it was not finish yet and keep growing delivery schedule and internal matter between project manager and QA Leader) , if properly understand and definition clear discuss from all team member and myself. It will add less risk of failure. Hope this will lesson learn for us.  Lesson Learn: 	Dynamic Methods will be allocated  Team of Discovery Project and Prepare requirement of work (SOW).
