ArcMap-based runtime migration tooling
There is be an option for ArcMap Runtime Support when
upgrading or installing ArcGIS Server.
The ArcMap service runtime includes Python 2.x,
so disabling the runtime also removes Python 2.x.
Without the ArcMap service runtime, any existing services using the
ArcMap service runtime must be migrated to the Pro service runtime.
