12. Treatment Full bath: 5-10 drops of essential oil added to warm bath & body immersed for 10 to 20 min. Half hand/foot bath: 4-8 essential oil drops blown in warm water & hands/feet soaked for 5 to 10 min. Compress Treatment: 4-8 drops of essential oil added in enough hot/cold water so as to soak compress & applied to affected area 12

Treatment Hot water is recommended in cases like backache, toothache and rheumatic pain Cold water is preferred in bruise, sprain and headache Inhalation: 4-8 drops sprinkled on tissue paper or in hot water and inhaled for 5 to 10 min keeping eyes closed.
