PRESENT STATUS OF TEACHER
Teachers shape the future of our children and nation
The quality of teacher edn, recruitment, deployment, service
conditions and empowerment of teachers is not in proper standard.
Hence, quality and motivation of teachers are very low.
Aim is to raise the respect and status of teaching profession.

Concept of Action Research (AR)
• AR offers a means of providing an
understanding to a problematic situation.
• It concern with practitioner (teacher/HM)
issue.
• To do AR is to plan, act, observe and reflect
more carefully, more systematically, and
more rigorously than one usually does in
everyday life. (Kemmis & McTaggart, 1992)
