We provide qualified talent with the tangible skills you need for as long as you need them. </li></ul><ul><li>Closed-ended Project Work assists you in meeting your objectives when more help is required than your staff can provide and it cannot be postponed until a later date. Value Added Services Value-Added Services Kforce will provide beyond the requirements of the engagement include: <ul><li>Quick Hire Program - Kforce manages hiring events for our clients as they are needed. Specifically, Kforce has developed the “Quick Hire Program” in which we arrange with your hiring managers to present multiple candidates at our offices. Your representative would spend the day at a Kforce branch location interviewing numerous pre-screened candidates coordinated by a Kforce Account Manager. This process of interviewing a large number of candidates in a short amount of time enables you to better compare the hard and soft skills of each candidate, resulting in the selection of the best candidate for your needs in a timeframe that allows for minimal interruption to your productivity. </li></ul><ul><li>Staffing Resource Assessment (SRA) - Kforce’s SRA is a solutions-focused approach that helps your organization identify the optimal mix of flexible and permanent staffing needs for the future. It is a proprietary, complimentary service that includes a review of your business goals / objectives, your structure, roles and responsibilities, staffing process and your forecasted staffing requirements. By taking a partnership approach and performing our proprietary SRA process, we are able to anticipate skill set needs, begin the recruiting cycle, and ensure a local candidate pipeline for your timeframe. Our guide lists dozens of job titles along with detailed descriptions outlining qualifications, experience and in many cases required or desirable certifications and/or degrees </li></ul><ul><li>National Recruiting Center – Kforce offers our clients a unique combination of the personal touch of a dedicated Account Manager and Recruiter in your city that you can find with a small recruiting firms and the strength of an industry leader with the recruiting power of 65 dedicated recruiters working to identify professionals for your openings.  Kforce’s National Recruiting Center (NRC) is the engine that produces that unique recruiting power.  The NRC is a centralized recruiting delivery engine that identifies and interviews more than 50,000 active channel candidates monthly from Kforce’s nationally contracted job boards.  </li></ul>
