• Responsible to evacuate the Facility in Emergency case or Exercises, cooperating with security Forces, and
Portuguese Air Force Police.
• Provided Security at the Main Gate of the Entrance of the Fuel Facility, to a number of 100 Military and
civilian over 40 vans and GOV vehicles and Fuel Trucks.
• Complied with all U.S. Military Security Operations regulations OI, AFI, AF IMT 1109, and USAFE FORM
163 Check List.
• Provided assistance to Operations in coordinating with SFS in outlying areas where needed reinforcement
of security.
• Responsible to frequently check bulk fuel Tanks and pipelines, for any type of leaks of the product (Jp8
Mogas ,Marine Diesel fuel) inside the bulk storage facility.
• Help assist the SFS Operations Flight Chief and the DESC Defense Fuel Contracting Firm or LRS
Squadron.
• Maintained a successfully Security temporary bulk storage facility that provided refueling support to the
base.
• Work with the JSOTF-P fuel representative to determine when there is a fuel truck and drum requirement
in the outlying areas.
• Flexible to any change of FPCON with SFS operations.

• Responsible for maintaining a bulk storage facility secure and controlling all vehicles and trucks with safety
procedures inside the bulk storage facility.
