The role:
This position will work exclusively with IT recruitment companies in London and will be targeted on attracting and sourcing experienced recruiters on behalf
of a portfolio of selected clients. The speed at which you can make placements ensures that you are always required to work with pace and there is never a
dull moment. The role involves a high level of face to face contact with both clients and candidates and as such the ideal person will need to be able to
build rapport quickly both over the phone or in face to face situations.

The role will include:
Head hunting
Use of LinkedIn and other social media avenues in order to attract candidates and raise your profile within the market
Produce target candidate lists and map out the potential candidate pool
Liaise with the marketing and research consultant to develop targeted marketing campaigns
Maintain an in-depth knowledge of your market through keeping abreast of industry news
Manage the full recruitment life cycle
Thorough candidate management and detailed interview preparation
Competency based interviewing
Networking with recruiters and building a referral network
