Have a seat if this is 2nd or 3rd.
Congratulations to our veterans! <optional>
Stage: - 5 min ( 3 + 2 to report)
Now I would like to ask you to self-organize around our veterans in the groups of x.
In the groups lets’ take 5 Min and ask everyone to describe how they feel about this meeting so far.
We will use Explorer/shopper/vacationer/prisoner framework. Let’s count the number of people in each category and report back to everyone.
Gather data: 10 min.
Let’s take 10 min to built the group timeline together.
Think about number of people in the group, different locations, any significant events, key initiative or speakers.
Now use the color coding label to indicate your felling's about these milestones on the timeline.
Debrief all together– 5 min
Looking at the data that we collected, lets take 12 min and use the 4 hats to brainstorm on Appreciation, Puzzles, Risks and Wishes.
I would like to ask each team to share with the rest of us top 2 in each category. ( 10 min )
Action items .
What are some of the action items from each team?
let’s vote with the show of hands which items we would like to action on as a group. ( you can only vote twice)
Who would like to take ownership on this?
In the last few minutes, I’d like to thank all of you for our active participation – this retrospective and this group would not have been the same without each of you! Please give yourself a round of applause.
