9. Ministry gifts the Son's gifts And He Himself gave some to be apostles, some prophets, some evangelists, and some pastors and teachers, for the equipping of the saints for the work of ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ.. Ephesians 4: 11, 12
21. Motivational gifts the Father's gifts Having then gifts differing according to the grace that is given to us, let us use them : if prophecy, let us prophesy in proportion to our faith; or ministry, let us use it in our ministering; he who teaches, in teaching; he who exhorts, in exhortation; he who gives, with liberality; he who leads, with diligence; he who shows mercy, with cheerfulness. Romans 12:6 - 8

30. Manifestation gifts the Spirit's gifts But the manifestation of the Spirit is given to each one for the profit of all : for to one is given the word of wisdom through the Spirit, to another the word of knowledge through the same Spirit, to another faith by the same Spirit, to another gifts of healings by the same Spirit, to another the working of miracles, to another prophecy, to another discerning of spirits, to another different kinds of tongues, to another the interpretation of tongues. But one and the same Spirit works all these things, distributing to each one individually as He wills. 1 Cor 12:4 - 11

Editor's Notes
Whether your blog is a personal journal, a family archive, an instructional tool for a designated group or an invitation for open dialog with anyone, it represents you. Our online presence is simply an extension of who we are. I am convinced that what really empowers our blogs (all our online endevours) is the element of discovering our own personal, spiritual makeup, our gift-mix if you will and employing it in our blogging (communication). I don't know if you are familiar with the term "gift-mix" you may have heard "ministry make-up" "gifts and callings" etc. How you are wired for ministry. Basically, such distinctions come straight from scripture and are based on specific passages of Bible text. Since a key starting point for understanding our roles in the Body of Christ is knowing our ministry make-up, it only makes sense that our blogs have the potential to reflect our spiritual assignments with the very best essence of who we are and how we were made to function. Thus, when we blog in accordance with our own particular “ministry mix”, a unique spiritual synergy occurs. Our blog takes on the extra dimensions (beyond natural abilities/talents) of our essence, motivations and calling.
