PRECISION AGRICULTURE:
Precision agriculture (PA) can be defined as a set of
technologies that have helped proper agriculture into
the computerized information-based world, and is
designed to help farmers get greater control over the
management of farm operations.
WHAT IS GPS
 A position information system enables the
user to determine absolute or relative
location of a feature on or above the earth’s
surface.
PRECISION FARMING BEFORE:
They only record the proper information on
computer nothing more.
Apply of Fertilizer, pesticides, seed through new
machines but not in proper manner.
All field may not be covered properly.

Reduce chemical application costs
Reduce pollution through poor use of chemicals.
Provide better farm records essential for sale and
succession
GPS allows farmers to work during low visibility
field conditions such as rain, dust, fog, and darkness.
CONCLUSION
It is a novel method which guides farmer for better
agriculture and farming.
It provide better information for management
decisions.
It is the present and future guide lines for farmer.
