• GSP = ”God’s Special People" process in Key Notes about individuals who may be
directed to not serve for a season
• How do we best disciple volunteers?
• Access form – Debbie
• Photos - "how to" - head and shoulders - backgrounds
• Current process with Online sign-up - get the Body to go to the web - stop using EZ
forms
• Upcoming Proceses:
• Will be positing "Volunteer How To…(blank)" for steps related to volunteer coordinators
• Online volunteer form sign-up process. In general, the paper EZ forms are going
away
• Skills, Gifts and Talents process to harvest specific individuals for your ministries
needs (The tentative roll out date is targeted for late July at all locations)
• "My Profile" page for volunteers to keep track of their volunteering and spiritual
milestones
• Semi-Automated background check results (simplified process)
• Sign-Up and Serve - Volunteer Fair Week - fall 2013
• Lastly: working with each Ministries specific volunteer needs.
