I specialize in urban and suburban listings and sales, so whether you are moving into, or out of the city I can help you. I specialize in transaction management, which includes listings, sales, pricing, buyer representation, marketing, downsizing, and upsizing. I sell and list luxury properties in the South End, Back Bay, and Beacon Hill neighborhoods of Boston, as well as nearby suburbs of Newton, Wellesley, Brookline, and Westwood to name a few. I have been a licensed salesperson since 1983 and specifically in Boston for the past 13 years. I am always available via mobile phone, texting, or email. I’ve had many awards and recognitions over the years including; International Diamond Club at Coldwell Banker, Largest sale at Keller Williams in 2012 Q2, and Sterling Club at Keller Williams in 2013. I am a native New Englander and have lived in Newton, Brookline, and Boston’s Back Bay. I have worked in the field of real estate since graduating college. I worked for many years as a marketing coordinator for a prominent Boston developer, which provided me with a broad view of the many facets of residential real estate. Real estate runs through my family’s blood and is intertwined with my home life as my husband owns a plumbing company and my brother-in-law is a home builder in the Greater Boston Area. My husband and I have done many purchase and renovation projects over the years and living in the suburbs and working in the city over the years has given me a unique perspective in understanding “Urban to Suburban” real estate. I volunteer with the Newton Wellesley Hospital thrift store and am an active member of the breast cancer charity fund “Art Because”, supporter of AIDS Action Committee, Breast Cancer Research, and MSPCA. My hobbies and interests include cooking, jewelry making, fine dining, fine wines, art shows, dance performances, and last but not least travel. I bring forth a sense of humor and knowledge of the business that is unmatched. I currently live in Newton Centre with my husband and our son, who is leaving for college this year, a sweet elderly pug named Millie, and two rescue cats Mr. Happer and Muffin.
