4. Usage Tips:
• Keep flammable liquids in closed or
covered containers when not in use please.
• Keep flammable liquids away from open
flames or other sources of ignition.
• Keep flammable liquids away from
incompatible materials or chemical
products.
• Move flammable liquids only safe and
approved containers.
5. Usage Tips:
• Place a container under the faucet to
drain by gravity (drums stored horizontally)
to collect drips or leaks.
• Containers must be adhered receiving
the barrel, to prevent any static charge
during handover.
• Wipe up spills to waste time and discard
according to applicable standards.
7. Safe storage of flammable liquids
• Storage areas and operation shall
comply with all requirements of applicable
laws, rules and codes.
• When received drums with flammable
liquids, replacement plugs for holes in the
drum improves the security level.
• The drums of flammable liquids must be
properly seated on the floor.
8. Safe storage of flammable liquids
• Quantities of operation must be stored in
approved cabinets for storing flammable
liquids. These cabinets should be vented to
the outdoors or exits are sealed.
• The amount of inflammable liquids in work
areas shall be limited to the amount
necessary for the daily operation, where
possible. Any amount that must be returned
to the place of storage approved at the end
of the work shift.
