Banish challenging stains

To clean a germy surface with lemons,
cut a lemon in half and rub it directly
onto the surface. The lemon's natural
acidity will help remove stains and grime.
You can mix lemon juice with baking
soda to create a paste, which you can
then apply to the stain. Leave the paste
to sit for a few minutes, then rinse with
water and blot the area dry.
Slice a lemon in half and place it in a
microwave-safe bowl with a cup of
water. Microwave the bowl for 5-10
minutes or until the water boils.
Place a few lemon wedges in the top
rack of the dishwasher and run a hot
cycle. The acidity of the lemons will
quickly break down any build-up.
Refresh the garbage disposal naturally by
cutting a lemon into quarters and dropping

task with only lemon and some salt. You
only need to sprinkle salt onto the board
and then rub it with a half lemon.
