BUSINESS HISTORY
Christina Morrison Pearce is a Licensed Florida Real Estate Broker and a Certified
Property Manager (CPM). She has been active in the real estate industry for over
25 years; her areas of expertise include acquisitions, development, change of use
and conversions, property management, sales and leasing, training, and all
phases of real estate marketing.
Chris is a Commercial Realtor Broker-Associate in Palm Beach County, Florida,
specializing in all types of condominium and investment properties and is a
perennial multi-million dollar producer. Some of the projects to which she has
loaned her expertise in the past few years include Greenway Corners in Riviera
Beach (light industrial condominium conversion), Lake Worth Corners (7.65 acres
to be developed into affordable housing) Lake Worth Park of Commerce, and
CoCo Cay in Deerfield Beach and The Enclave in Lake Worth (affordable housing
condo conversions). Current projects include Lake Worth Business Park, Marlin
Commerce Center, and Windsor Park in Lantana.
Chris devoted much of her time in 2007 and 2008 to commercial leasing and
sales and the development of affordable housing and will continue these
endeavors in 2009. She also works with various groups in Palm Beach County to
limit property taxation, most notably through the Realtors’ Association of the
Palm Beaches and the Business Forum of Palm Beach County. She is a strong
advocate for Total Tax Reform in Palm Beach County and Florida.
Until July, 2001, Chris was the Director of Property Management for the Southern
Division of the Pennsylvania Real Estate Investment Trust (PREIT), a publicly-
traded company based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Her duties included the
supervision of apartment portfolios ranging from 2300 to 3100 units in several
states, the successful re-development of three apartment properties, and the
authoring of the company's Policies and Procedures Manual and various training
seminars on Leasing, Fair Housing and Safety.
Prior to joining PREIT, Chris was National Marketing and Training Director for
Regency Windsor Companies, a development and management firm based in
Vero Beach, Florida. Chris' responsibilities with Regency Windsor included the
analysis, development, and coordination of marketing activities for all properties
2. managed by Regency Windsor, the development and implementation of various
training programs for all Managers and Leasing Consultants, and the design and
implementation of marketing and leasing campaigns for two new properties.
Chris is a graduate of Penn State University and is a Past President of the
Institute of Real Estate Management - Southeast Florida and Delaware Valley
Chapters - and was a member of the National Governing Council for The
Institute. Chris was also a member of the Site Plan Review and Appearance Board
(SPRAB) for the City of Delray Beach and is an active member of the Delray
Beach Chamber of Commerce and Lake Worth Chamber of Commerce. Chris
currently serves on several Boards and Committees including:

Realtors’ Association of the Palm Beaches
Institute of Real Estate Management – SF Chapter
Housing Leadership Council – Palm Beach County
Community Land Trust – Palm Beach County.
In her spare time, Chris donates her time to various civic and charitable efforts
and enjoys traveling, scuba diving and the Southeast Florida lifestyle.
