This document describes an innovation hackathon being run by AIESEC to develop new projects that advance their global internship program (GIP). The hackathon uses a lean startup methodology where participants will understand customer needs, define problems, develop solutions, form hypotheses, validate assumptions, and build minimum viable products. Teams will work through various checkpoints and track their progress on dashboards. The goal is to create scalable and sustainable projects under conditions of uncertainty with limited resources.
