SMART-ER is the owner of PRA™ Professional Real Estate Assistant Training, The Accredited Senior Agent (seniors real estate), and SMART-ER Negotiation for REALTORS®. At SMART-ER there are numerous opportunities to acquire regions to teach the various courses we offer, as well as to become a contract instructor. In my teaching of the ASA and ASA-M, I am focused on training real estate agents, mortgage agents, financial planners, retirement residence sales staff, accountants, senior move managers, lawyers, in general anyone working with seniors. In the past I was the exclusive agent for seniors retirement residences and worked with hundreds of seniors and their families.
