Current paradigm to describe Information Communication Technology [ICTs]: Not inherently
positive or negative but the AFFORDANCES of ICTs affect how humans interact in specific
ways . The features of ICTs predispose their use in specific ways: anonymously,
synchronously, asynchronously etc. For Web 2.0 applications, we (the users) are the Web!
