- 54. SearchMonkey opens Yahoo search result pages for developers.
- 55. Much like GreaseMonkey opens all web sites for developers.
- 56. The difference is that users don’t need to use Mozilla but install scripts in their Yahoo profile instead.
- 57. These scripts (monkeys) are triggered by URL matching and enhance the search result display.
- 59. There are two types of enhancements.
- 60. Enhanced results override the original display.
- 61. Infobars add drop-down menus:
- 62. You write your monkeys in secure PHP (no file or cookie nasties allowed)
