My Pitch. Energy drink Advert Strike
Initial Ideas. I decided from quite early on that we wanted to do an advertisement that  incorporated stop motion. So I then went on youtube and found clips that I could take some ideas from. The western spaghetti clip made me more interested in stop motion and the wolf and pig clip was similar with what I thought Iwanted to do with producing a stop motion advert.
Advert 1 My idea is to do an advert for my energy drink in stop motion. The advert will be along the lines of part of this youtube clip on this slide. I will use the old brick breaker game as my design for the advert.
Purpose of advert 1. My idea behind doing the advert like this is even though it doesn't have a relation to the product, Ihope it will have the same effect as the ‘Gorilla Cadbury Advert’ did to the chocolate bar. Where people will remember the advert because it is so different, so therefore they will remember the product.
Advert 2 My second advert I want to do it in real life. Kind of like this relentless advert in the way there is just the narrator talking in the background and where you see a load of clips of different people with the drink.
Purpose of advert 2. This advert is going to be used more to get the idea of the product across and where the potential target market can find out what the product is about. It will also be different from my first advert because it will take a more serious look into my product instead of the fun advert.
Main competitors.  The main drinks that I believe my product will be competing against will be: Red Bull Lucozade Relentless Monster
Target Audience My main target audience will be the sports market because that is growing and with more people trying to become active, they will need more energy to do the activities. It will not just be aimed at sports, it will also be aimed at all people over 14. This is because drinks on the market at the moment seem to be popular and they are not just drank before sport. They seemed to be used in every day life.
