have taken the survey I
produced. This chart shows
that most of the people who
took part in my survey were 18
years old or younger and that
there is an equal divide
between the other two ages
that had taken part in my
survey. These ages were 35 to
44 and 45 to 54. 40% of people
were 18 or under, 30% was 35
to 44 and 30% were 45 to 54.
This chart shows the gender of
the people who had taken my
survey. There were more men
who had taken part in the
survey than women. 60% of
people who had taken my
survey were women and 40%
of people who had taken my
survey were men.
The genre that was favoured was pop music.
After this there was an equal divide in three
other genres picked. These genres were; rock,
indie and rap/hip hop. 10% of people chose
rock, 70%chose pop music, 10% chose rap and
hip hop and 10% chose indie music.

and if not why. The responses
that were given for not reading
music magazines were that the
people did not have any
interest in reading about music
they just listened to the music
and that they could find
information about the music or
artist via social media or in
other ways but
did not want to read a music
magazine. 10 % of people
answered yes, 10 % answered no and 8% said if no why not and put their reason.
Most people skipped this

the previous question so had no

4. This questions asked people if the
colours related to the style of music
they listen to and the magazine. For
example rock music may be
associated with dark colours or
colours such as; red, black, blues.
30% of people answered that the
colours of the magazine they read
about their style of music do relate
and 20% of people said that the
colours did not relate to the style of
music they listen too.
