5. OUR Management V.Ranganathan – Managing Director Mr. V Ranganathan is the vision behind Cerebra’s LPO Division. He realised the importance of having reliable and efficient support staff available round the clock, not just for Attorneys, but for the law firms as a whole. It was with this in mind, that he formed Cerebra LPO. His vision for Cerebra LPO is to be a global leader in the provision of not only traditional administrative functions like transcription, accounting, coding/indexing and data entry, but also more complex legal services such as litigation support, research, eDiscovery, document review, contract drafting, deposition summaries and be accessible to Attorneys and Law firms. 6. OUR Management (CONTD) Shobha Srinivas – Chief Executive Officer Mrs. Shobha Srinivas is a post graduate in commerce and a graduate in law. She has been on the panel of Karnataka State Legal Services Authority and has practiced law in High Court of Karnataka and various other Courts, Tribunals and Forums. Her knowledge and rich experience in law has contributed to Cerebra LPO's delivery of high quality work. Sheela S.Rao – Legal Adviser Mrs. Sheela S. Rao, a law graduate has practiced for over 25 years in Supreme Court of India, High Court of Delhi, High court of Karnataka and various other courts and forums. Mrs. Rao advises Cerebra team of lawyers on crucial issues of law when required.
