4. IVR Subscription System Module Detail
• IVR System is interface with MSC of Telco, this is responsible
for voice part.
• CMS/OAM : content management System, responsible for
manage content, CP, Monitor System
• Charging Gateway Interface:
• IVRS Core: Manage all flow voice follow and charging follow.
• DB MySql : Database for all task.

6. Basic Functions
• Provide subscription IVR.
– When subscriber call to system for register, subscriber will
have subscription service. All time in monthly, weekly,
subscriber can access system for hear music, voice clip,
radio,…
– System will be automatic charge after finish month, week
circle.
– Admin/ CP can go to monitor website for check
information, upload file, manage file, base on each user
