  1. Kyle – it’s hard to stay on top of technology – with the investments today, how do you see firms ensuring that they are getting a good return on their spend? Follow-on question (potentially): You work with a lot of staffing firms who have invested very successfully in technology to help improve their search or their recruiter efficiency, what can staffing firms do to avoid investing into technology and not having it be successful?
  2. May 2015 - According to officials briefed on the results of a recent Homeland Security Inspector General’s report, TSA agents failed 67 out of 70 tests, with Red Team members repeatedly able to get potential weapons through checkpoints.   3. Kyle, you and your team are on the front lines with many of these staffing firms trying to stand out. What do the top firms do differently in their process? (follow-on question): What’s a mistake that you often see people making on the sales side of things in our industry?
  4. The next time you think of online reputation management, remember that it’s not a strategy in and of itself. Rather, it’s a channel by which your reputation can spread and be amplified in a way that only the interconnectedness of the worldwide web can provide. You can choose to ignore it or harness it to your advantage, but what you shouldn’t do is have blinders on to the rest of the system that drives it (no matter how messy). Because that’s when you’ll lose – on the reputation front, and on the ROI front.
  5. Reputation is a key driver, Kyle. Are you seeing staffing firms start to invest more heavily in proactively managing their online reputation? There are so many great stories about staffing firms going above and beyond to help clients and job candidates – have you seen firms do a good job of telling those stories online? If so, what have they found to be most effective? (social media?) review campaigns? Etc.
