Teaching feedback –end of term / semester Exit interviews (Telephone or In-person) with staff/students/families leaving Reason for leaving Where are they going to Is there anything the school could do to prevent the loss of the student / staff member Non-Acceptance of Place Survey – ongoing Reason deciding not to proceed with enrolment Where are they going to instead Is there anything the school could do to prevent the loss of the student New Parent Telephone interviews – yearly between the beginning and end of Term 2 - Questions include: How has your daughter settled in to St Aidan’s? What are some of the things you and your daughter are enjoying about being at St Aidan’s? How is she finding the teaching program? Are you receiving communication from the school such as the Newsletter?     Open Day questions include : Time of arrival Current/Enrolled/New parent Postcode Current school How they heard about the event Preferred day / time to experience the school No. of people in group

Parent / Teacher interviews Yearly or as required Implemented through Parent Teacher Online Parent Lounge Works with the TASS database Provides information on: Timetable Results Medical information On-line access to the activities and tasks set by the teachers Latest sporting news and scores Bulletins and calendar information Functionality includes: Ability to update address information In the near future: Progressive results entered by teachers Completed academic reports Ability to pay school accounts Access to teaching staff School policy parents receive a response within 48 hours Can be accessed via: Email / Telephone / By appointment Formal Reporting School reports each semester Numeracy and Literacy testing (Years 3, 5, 7 & 9) QCS - Queensland Core Skills) Test (Year 12) OP - Overall position and Field Positions (Year 12 for entry into Tertiary institutions)
