Making Faith Practice Exciting and Liberating
Come and See,Jesus said! Likewise you adults and teenagers are invited to come and
see at the Gillooly Hall, Sligo,on the 4 Tuesdays of October (10th, 17th and 24th
October) from 7.30pm to 9pm, for 4 presentations on the faith by Dermot Layden,
which we expect to be very enlightening. Admission is free.
Celebration of Volunteerism in our Churches
An Ecumenical Celebration of Church Volunteerism in the Sligoarea will take place
in the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception on Thursday 26 October at 7.30 pm.
The Service seeks to embrace Volunteers from all eight Churches from the Cluster,
from the four Church of Ireland Churches, from the Methodist, Presbyterian and
Redeemed Churches and will include all our friends of other nationalities who reside
here. All who volunteer in any way with Church are invited, and a Reception will be
held in the Presbyterian Hall afterwards. Please do join us on the night – all are most
welcome.

Mary and Mercy Tour
Experience the Time of Mercy! Fr. Michael Gaitley, MIC will speak in the North West
region on Monday October 9th, Basilica of Our Lady of Knock Shrine, Co. Mayo at
7:00pm. Fr. Michael is an American author and regular speaker on EWTN and is
touring Ireland in preparation for the 33 Day Consecration to Mary. The night will
include two talks: Personal Testimony: Free materials will be given out on the night.

October beginning at 8pm. All Eucharistic Ministers are welcome.
Divine Mercy Novena
The Divine Mercy Novena takes place every Friday in Carraroe Church
beginning at 3.00pm. All are welcome to come along and join in this novena.

Life in the Spirit Seminar
A Life in the Spirit Seminar continues in Community Centre on Friday 13th October
for seven weeks beginning at 8.00pm. All are welcome. The seminar contains, music,
talks and discussion. Booklet on the prayers and programme will be available.
Tobernalt Holy Well
As winter approaches the Holy Well is open during daylight hours. Please
keep the grounds clean and tidy and remember that information on the
Holy Well is available at the Notice Board on the way in to the well.
