I’ve beenaskedto create a newsoftdrinkbrand that can be soldto variousoutletsinthe UK.I have
alsobeenaskedtoshowhow mynewsoftdrink,will be advertised withinmyMarketingCampaign,
across the UK in a cross-mediacampaign.Havingconsideredarange of mediaplatforms,Ihave
decidedtodoa TV advert, as well asa Printbasedadvert, bothof whichwill have convergent
elements.Which will be aposterorbillboard,formynew softdrink.Regardingmydrink,Ihave
decidedtocreate a drinkwhichisa HybridbetweenaSmoothie,andEnergydrink.

The equipmentneededwillbe aCamera,Tripod,Photoshop,InDesign,Food&Drinks,Location,
Personnel,and Talent. Talentsbeingthe Personal trainer,andBoxer.Iwill alsorequire propssuchas
boxinggloves,aswell asSparringpads.

there hasbeena popularityinfitnessclasses,thatwomenhave beentakingpartin,suchas Military
fitnessclasses.
Visual elements:
Pictures– AsI will be producinga printadvert, Iplan totake a full shotof the talent,inwhichthe
talentwill be eitherholdingmydrink,oreitherdrinkingit.Idecidedtotake afull shot,as thisshot
will showthe emotionsof the talent,whichwilllinkwiththe ideaof how mydrinktaste,as well as
the meaningbehindthe advert ,andbe able to attract more people tothe drink.
Colours– The colours whichIwill be usingwill be brightcolours,suchasYellow,Green,orOrange.
The reasonbehindthisisthat itwill gowiththe “feel”of my product,in whichI wouldwantitto
have a freshlooktowardsit.AndI believe thatbrightcolourswillattractand catch the eye of my
target audience,aswell asotherpotentialcustomers.
Layout – The layoutof my printadvert,will consistof either aclose upor full shotof mytalent.In
whichthe talentwill be holdingherboxingglovesinapositionwhere she isabouttopunch.In

believeusingthistypeface will challenge the traditional conceptof how itismainlyusedformales.
In thismodern day,girlsandwomendonot like tosee themselvesas“girly”andlike tochallenge the
statusor traditional “Genderroles”.
Strengths:
The strengthof puttinga female,inboxingglovesandasthe mainimage,will attractmore women
and girlsto myproduct.As thisgoesagainstthe “traditional conventions”.
