One of the importance question is care of one's
customer.
So, we established a 24-hour customer support
center by the telephone and mail.
And that, we can load off customer's mind and
build up customers.

It is written about plan and handing as simple as
possible, so it is easy to read.
If you hold by DVD that inhere, you can get a better
grasp.
