10. On The Contrary Adecco Group’s American Workplace Insights Survey discovered that more than three quarters of women are working because they have to, not because they want to (Well Woman Blog 2011).

13. The Struggle at Work (Cont’d) The Wage Gap Women earn 77 cents for every dollar men earn (Willson 2010). See figure 1 on next slide. Ironically, more women hold advanced degree (Willson 2010).
18. Make a change?Despite their struggles: **Since 1920, women enrollment increased from 7.6% (Early College Women) to 43% in 2005 (Mathers and Dia 2011)** Make it mean something! Make the workplace an equal and fair environment for men and women!
