The purpose of this presentation is to share the outcome of a recent learning experience of a cross-cultural Videoconferencing (VC) project between Kuwait and Korean EFL/AFL learners that was held in November 2010. The presenter talks about the benefits of VC projects and how these kinds of activity can improve students' communications skills, including speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.

- Buthaina AlOthman is an EFL/ESP instructor at the English Language Unit of Science in Kuwait University since 2001. She is also a webhead in action since the community of practice was founded in 2001-02 by Vance Stevens in Abu-Dhabi. Buthaina is also a member of the collaborative TESOL EVO mentoring team. 2/6/11
