 உற்பத்ைி ச ய்ய தைறவயொன சபொருட்கள் ரியொன தநரத்ைிலும்,
உருவொக்கப்பட்ை முழுப்சபொருட்கறள Customer’ன் தைறவக்தகற்பவும்
வழங்க தவண்டும்

 Store’ல் இருக்கும் அளவு
 முழுப்சபொருட்கள்
 BOM’ல் குைிப்பிைப்பட்டுள்ள சபொருட்கள்.
 ஒரு Customer 500 ‘X’ என்ை சபொருறள Order ச ய்கிைொர்.
நம்மிைம் Store’ல் 100 முழுப்சபொருட்கள் இருந்ைொல் மீ ைமுள்ள
400 முழுப்சபொருட்களுக்கு Plan ச ய்ைொல் தபொதுமொனது.

15. Supply Side – Lead time, Safety stock &
Minimum Order Quantity
 Purchase மற்றும் Store course’ல் இறவ விளக்கமொக கூைப்பட்டுள்ளன.
 Lead Time : ஒரு சபொருள் PO அனுப்பப்பட்ை நொளில் இருந்து Factory’க்கு
வந்து த ரும் நொட்களின் இறைசவளியொகும்.
 Safety Stock : Order ச ய்ை சபொருட்கள் ைொமைமொக வர தநரிைொல், Safety
Stock’ஐஉபதயொகப்படுத்ைலொம். வொகனங்களில் உள்ள “Reserve”
தபொன்ைது.
 Minimum Order Quantity: ில மயங்களில் ில சபொருட்கள் 10’ன்
மைங்கொகதவொ,100’ன் மைங்கொகதவொ ைொன் கிறைக்கும். தமலும்
குறைந்ைபட் Order அளவொக ஒரு அளறவ Supplier
நிர்ணயித்ைிருப்பொர் /Pack ச ய்யப்பட்டிருக்கும். அதுதவ “குறைந்ைபட்
Order அளவு” ஆகும்.
 e.g. குறைந்ைபட் Order அளவு – 500 nos
 அைன்பின் 100’ன் மைங்கொக ஆர்ைர் ச ய்யலொம். 575’ஐ Supplier அனுப்ப மொட்ைொர்.
600’ஆக ைொன் Order ச ய்ய தவண்டும்.

16. Supply Side – நிலுறவயில் உள்ள Order
 Purchase Order ச ய்து, இன்னும் Stores’க்கு வந்து த ரொை
சபொருட்கள்.
 இந்ை சபொருட்கறள Order ச ய்யும் தபொது கணக்கிட்டுக்
சகொள்ள தவண்டும்.
