This document discusses the installation of Duragrid T-1800 fiberglass grating panels as drainage channel covers in public toilet facilities near the Hong Kong Science Park. The fiberglass material is more durable than steel or iron in environments constantly exposed to cleaning chemicals. Its anti-skid surface provides safe footing even when wet, and the unique T-bar configuration increases strength while keeping the panels lightweight for easy installation and removal during maintenance. The project aims to improve public services and facilities in Hong Kong.

Kong and of improving the image of the territory, Government of
Hong Kong SAR has placed increasing attention to the design
and engineered features of new built public washrooms.
DURAGRID® T-1800 fiberglass grating panels have been
installed as drainage channel covers in this public toilet facility
located near to the Hong Kong Science Park.

Rust-free DURAGRID fiberglass grating panels are much more
durable when constantly exposed to cleansing reagents like
detergent or household bleach, compared with their galvanized
steel or cast iron counterparts.
Anti-skid surface features safe walkway to facility users even
when drenched. Unique "T"-bar configuration increases panel
surface area and strength performance while lightweight makes
installation fast and easy. Channel covers can be easily removed
for maintenance or inspection purposes.
