each of them

– ROLE PLAY is used for making prototype

• Process Descriptions
– Resign from the current job, talking to Boss
– Interview with the new company’s Boss

• Find interesting things from current job, then like it.
– A process
– ROLE PLAY is used

– She find some interesting thing in the current job
– Focus on it and improve it
– Look back herself in current job
– Evaluate how she feels
Test I
• Find three people as Role play
– Wang as May
– Li as current company’s Boss
– Sun as the new company’s Boss
• Process
– Wang talked to Li to resign
– Li agreed that
Test I
– Wang try to find new job
– Wang has a interview with new company’s BOSS
Sun.
– Sun agree/disagree to hire Wang.
• Feedback
– Sun: He disagree to hire Wang because Wang can
not reach the company’s requirements.
– Wang should try to find another job. This brings
her much pressure.

– She found that summarize the reason of customer
rejectiong is interesting.
– She tried to analyze it and find the reason
– She tried to improve it
– She think that the job is not so bad.
• Feedback
– It’s not difficult to find some interesting things in
job, even you don’t like it. Try it
