Paper Format 1 inch margins Double spacing Suggested font-Times New Roman 12 pt. Paragraphs indented .5 inch (usually default Tab) TITLE OF ESSAY 2 Title of Essay There are key elements that are necessary to be successful in online learning as well as with most careers. These skills are useful for those in roles of leadership to maintain order and productivity. In my career as a training coordinator, skills such as organization, time management, and communication are paramount. Organization is an optimal skill to help efficiency. It is a necessary ability that enhances learning through orderly schoolwork and increases productivity in one’s job through systematic documentation. This process allows for files and documents to be arranged so that they can be easily accessed (Hamilton, 2013). Paperwork organization allows for training documents to be updated and placed in specific binders for dissemination to team members. Additionally, it is imperative to keep email files organized so that tasks are not forgotten or overlooked. Just as years ago when paper mail had to be sorted, email must be sorted or grouped into appropriate folders (Weber & Horn, 2011). Great organization skills make keeping and accessing information efficient. Time management is an element or skill that allows employees as well as students to get the most out of the allotted time. “It’s been estimated that reading, responding, and doing something with business e-mail can consume two to four hours each and every day!” (Weber & Horn, 2011, p. 33). Prioritizing tasks and scheduling events allow one to maximize productivity (Hamilton, 2013). When time is scheduled and work is ordered, the most important things get done first. It does not matter if an unexpected meeting is called; the imperative jobs have been accomplished or planned. Highlighting the most important tasks ensures that those take first place and do not get overlooked in a rush. Along with time management comes the ability to be flexible. Flexibility allows for rearrangement of schedules to make sure all responsibilities are When paraphrasing information, text citations should include the author(s) and the year of publication. Direct quotations require the listing of the author(s), year of publication, and the page or paragraph number. This is the running head. Center the full title of the document. Not Boldface. analyzing the best practice points that were addressed. In response, offer two additional points that your peer might consider. This learner had the pleasure of reading multiple posts from Capella students from the IGuide group. The posts were on the best practices in making recommendations for collaborations in regards to the multidisciplinary approach. This learner gained insightful information from her fellow Capella peers regarding the collaboration process, recommendations, and the action plan to help clients with their complex problems in a multidisciplinary approach. This post provides a detailed synopsis of information this learner learned from her Capella peers from the IGuide group. Also, provides additional research-based information of best practices for developing courses of action. A Synopsis of the Best Practices in Making Recommendations and Developing Course of Action The Client According to Rudy and Levinson (2008), the best practice approach is identifying and evaluating the effectiveness of meeting the client’s needs. A good attribute in the course of action process is to consider the client as a whole person and create a plan of action that recognizes that one problem can affect, influence or bring more troubles. Woodside and McClam (2015), suggest some professionals do not understand their client expectations. Having knowledge the client expectations is a good method of establishing and growing the client-professional helping relationship (Woodside & McClam, 2015). One best practice approach is to have a clear understanding of the client needs, client expectations, and a clear plan of how to meet the client’s needs and expectations. It’s easy for professionals to take over the multidisciplinary process without including the client. Therefore, client participates in the multidisciplinary 4-step process is a vital best practice. The client should never feel abandoned during any part of the multidisciplinary process, and the collaborative team should make modifications to the recommendation and action plan if obstacles arise. The Professional Meek & Newell (2005), suggest working together as a team can bring different perspectives to building each step of the framework, as the collaborative team works on shaping the best course of action and suitable recommendations. A collaborative teamwork helps professionals impart their knowledge and maximize their creativity, which helps each professional to focus on own professional disciplines. Bronstein (2003), suggest recommending a model for interdisciplinary collaboration between human services professionals, which includes five key components : Interdependence - which emphasizes teamwork, Newly created professional activities - which refer to the creation of new processes, Flexibility - which empowers team spirit and efficiency, Collective ownership of goals , Reflection on process -sharing and feedback which strengthens the relationship. The Barriers to Effective Communication By Rupal Jain D.E. McFarland has defined Communication as the process of meaningful interaction among human beings. More specifically, it is the process by which meanings are perceived and understandings are reached among human being. But there may be some faults /barriers in the communication system that prevents the message from reaching the receiver, these barriers are as follows:- 1. Language Barrier; - Different languages, vocabulary, accent, dialect represents a national/ regional barriers. Semantic gaps are words having similar pronunciation but multiple meanings like- round; badly expressed message, wrong interpretation and unqualified assumptions. The use of difficult or inappropriate words/ poorly explained or misunderstood messages can result in confusion. 2. Cultural Barriers: - Age, education, gender, social status, economic position, cultural background, temperament, health, beauty, popularity, religion, political belief, ethics, values, motives, assumptions, aspirations, rules/regulations, standards, priorities can separate one person from another and create a barrier. 3. Individual Barrier: - It may be a result of an individual's perceptual and personal discomfort. Even when two persons have experienced the same event their mental perception may/may not be identical which acts as a barrier. Style, selective perception, halo effect, poor attention and retention, defensiveness, close mindedness, insufficient filtration are the Individual or Psychological barrier. 4. Organizational Barrier: - It includes Poor Organization's culture, climate, stringent rules, regulations, status, relationship, complexity, inadequate facilities/ opportunities of growth and improvement; whereas; the nature of the internal and external environment like large working areas physically separated from others, poor lightening, staff shortage, outdated equipments and background noise are Physical Organizational Barrier. 5. Interpersonal Barrier: - Barriers from Employers are :- Lack of Trust in employees; Lack of Knowledge of non-verbal clues like facial expression, body language, gestures, postures, eye contact; different experiences; shortage of time for employees; no consideration for employee needs; wish to capture authority; fear of losing power of control; bypassing and informational overloading, while Barriers from Employees includes Lack of Motivation, lack of co-operation, trust, fear of penalty and poor relationship with the employer. 6. Attitudinal Barrier: - It comes about as a result of problems with staff in the organisation. Limitation in physical and mental ability, intelligence, understanding, pre-conceived notions, and distrusted source divides the attention and create a mechanical barrier which affects the attitude and opinion. http://ezinearticles.com/?expert=Rupal_Jain 7. While single melodic lines are simpler and more straightforward, they still allow for creativity and emotional expression. Meanwhile, the simultaneous occurrence of multiple melodic lines can create a more intricate and complex musical structure that challenges the listener's ear and engages their attention.

Wizards are very useful for creating a good user experience. In all businesses, interactive sessions are most beneficial. To improve the user experience, wizards in Odoo provide an interactive session. For creating wizards, we can use transient models or abstract models. This gives features of a model class except the data storing. Transient and abstract models have permanent database persistence. For them, database tables are made, and the records in such tables are kept until they are specifically erased.
