 Some of the shapes may have relevant information which I will add for the training developer
 If I use Visio or Aris, changes in the process flow can be re-imported to ensure the training materials are in sync
I need to quickly but effectively structure a well designed full course, contextualizing all the information
 I will add information about the reasoning for the configuration – this will save time for both the  training developers as well as the classroom based trainersBusiness Process Owner or Specialist System Configuration Elearning and Content Developer ,[object Object]
 Additionally the Instructor guides will assist with my classroom training
I am able to include any relevant information for the specific course. This will make the Training Developers task easier. I can also QA the course and make the suggested changes to the contentClassroom Based Trainers Subject Matter Expert FlowHow ,[object Object]
 I can using KnowHow do readiness evaluations by Job Role and link that to evaluation scores by Role
 As all the information is stored on the LCMS, I can manage the courses completed against project plan
 I will also be able to graphically report where in the development cycle each course is sitting (available end 2009)
