(More like "CRWAP")— limited XHTML, CSS, well behind where desktop web was at• Characterized by slow connections, minimal content, poor means of accessing content WAP Site

EMobile Web History• 1G - voice G• 2G "EDGE" some data, mostly WAP 4 transmissions (1.6mbps)• 3G - up to 14.4mbps• "4G" around the corner, 3G 21-100mbps• Offers pretty fast data transmission, most smartphones have full http support• Pretty much the "full web" some limitations are device specific (i.e flash on iOS) or are related to device performance
