• Uses the moral values in and out
of the house.
• Believe in God who gives us the
lives and opportunities to do the
things when we want them.
• Now, the society is damaging for
the corruptions, thieves, and
many elicit actions that make our
country face bad. So, I am a
person who can start change with
my good actions.

3. 2. Set Long terms goals first
• Every day, I ask myself if am I doing well
teaching English Language for students’
lives and if they are able to produce
English Language for short time or more?
• What is my objective for them when they
will finish their studies?
• Am I able to finish my career for my
benefit and for the school?
• Can I face all the student’s problems to
change them in a good way?

4. • According the time passing, the job
had been teaching me to innovate
methods, techniques, and strategies.
That’s why the job performance
makes me a little bit upgraded with
knowledge and technical skills but I
know that we should constantly take
capacitation to teach. There are some
questions that make you think and
relate to the topic postulated: What
do students want to know? Or What
are the better methods, strategies or
techniques that students can learn
easily?

• Firstly, I am polishing myself through bad habits,
costumes, and changing my thinking way to
Subjective with Objectively.
• Start with basic greetings to people, the use of
values, and helping to each other or listen to people
needs.
• Responsibility, sounds hard but it is indispensable for
my life to organize my time.
• Focus on principles of God and ethic.

6. 5. Make a record of your “Pinnacle moments”
• My Pinnacle moment was: Years
ago, one of the decision that I
hardly took was to study in a
boarding school where I could
develop my abilities, knowledge,
and religion. But, the most
difficult moment was to stay away
from my family for four years
without communication and visits.
My parents didn’t want to leave
me alone but I took my decision to
confirm it. After the duration of
the career, I showed my parents
that we are able to do things even
if we are young.

7. 6. Evaluate yourself
• I am an active boy who is eventually focus on my
principle decisions that one day could carry me on
the top of success. I am sociable with people, also
could help me in my career to express my ideas,
criteria, and thoughts.
• I am creative and imaginative where I can apply my
visions with physical material such as I thought.
• I am less responsible which can destroy my
objectives and yearnings of my life.

• All the things can going well even I can manage them but
could go bad if I give up. If somebody is sad, I will help
him/her to motivate them like I do with my students.
• I am in a school where all people are professional when I
am not. So, this situation makes me to inspired to be like
them.
• Every advice that experienced people give me, I take. I feel
that I am growing professionally and personally.

9. 8. Be ready for changes!
• Situations of life and the job had been changing me
the way I think and the role of this change has been
helping me to have a critical thinking.
• I want to help people with less opportunities like
many kindly people did with me. But firstly, I should
finish my career so I can teach them English.
• The opportunity of living every day gets on my
intrinsic motivation of learning many things to
deliver to others.
