  • Agile: proven efficient method to produce software. But only when the problem is known Cus Dev: looks at discover your business model with a customer centric approach Lean Startup: a combo of both that hopes to make a science out of entrepreneurship.
  • Modern software, anything can be built B-M-L = if we can reduce time between pivots, we can increase chance of success, before money runs out.
  • Getting real customer feedback is tough. Focus groups don’t work. Validate customer need by making them give up either money or their time.
