- In the interest of full disclosure, I’m going to perform what mostpeople in the public speaking world would consider a “rare and dangerous act” actually going to expose my biases to at the very beginning of this presentation.I want to share with you FOUR BASIC BELIEFS about people:People are fundamentally good, and if provided…Everyone is REALLY good at somethingThe Greatest Motivator in the workplace…People and Profit are NOT mutually exclusive choicesOK, next I’m going to show you a picture and I will give you 15 or 20 seconds to examine it…and I want each of you to see how many soccer balls you can find in the picture. Then write your answer down and keep it until we get back to this later. Now if I forget to get back to it, please remind me…OK?
